Download the 2016 Weycroft Programme here.
The Weycroft Weekend is organised every year by St. Mary’s Church, South Street, Bridport, part of Bridport Team Ministry and is led by caring and experienced, DBS checked, adult volunteers and responsible young leaders.
ALL children aged 8-16 are very welcome!
Weycroft Hall is a large 17th century farmhouse & Christian conference centre outside Axminster, with a stunning garden and extensive grounds. For the May Day Bank Holiday Weekend, we have exclusive use of the entire house, plus games room, football pitch, garden and grounds for a fun-packed schedule of games, sport, art, music and exploring what the Christian faith is all about.
The cost this year (2016) was £60 per child, inclusive of food, transport and accommodation – although we may need to ask for volunteer drivers.
This year’s programme includes laser tag, games, sport, art, music, cookery, puppet workshop and water games. Meals are delicious, healthy, home-cooked food, provided by Weycroft Staff.
To reserve a place on Weycroft 2017, you’ll need to download the booking form (when it’s available in May 2017) print and complete it, then post or hand deliver to: Valerie Payne, 25 Queens Road, Bridport DT6 5AW with a deposit of £5.
Deadline for balance to be paid: Friday 10th June, 2016. Parents must complete and sign a Parental Consent Form before departure.
